Education for Liberation
Mpambo Afrikan Multiversity is the educational theory of an oppressed people, led by intellectually liberated and self-determined Afrikans based at the Source of the Nile in Uganda, Afrika and connected with a global network of transformative praxists, scholars, activists and all peoples working towards liberation, starting with education.

WHO WE ARE
Our Roots
Mpambo Afrikan Multiversity is a community-based centre for mothertongue higher learning founded on the authority of the Afrikan Free Citizen Think Tank (1991-1993), to advance Afrikan Indigenous scholarship, rooted in Afrikan history, experience and heritage; cognition (ways of knowing); worldview; and epistemology. The Multiversity is based on the community and centred around organic mothertongue intellectuals, scholars, philosophers, wise men and wise women, sages and the talented, who are considered by their peers and community to be compelling experts; and have emerged out of people’s struggles to be free. Multiversity then is the Liberation Theory of Education of the oppressed, who have awakened.
Mpambo Afrikan Multiversity is the appropriate space, home and support for organic intellectuals and scholars willing and ready to share to engage in mutual endeavours of knowledge creation and transfer, at the highest level of quality and sophistication.

"Knowledge creation is the result of a people's collective spirals of action, experimentation, observation, innovation and action yet again, over generations, centuries and millenia, in cooperation, rivalry, and competition with neighboring and other peoples."
